The Circle of Loving Kindness

Generosity through estate plans and major gifts inspire others to do the same.  The Circle of Loving Kindness Honor Society of Acts recognizes and honors when residents support their community for future generations by either making a major gift or creating a legacy by making Acts the beneficiary of a planned gift.

The primary benefit of Circle of Loving Kindness membership is the knowledge that one has made an important contribution in support of the future of the community.  Members and new honorees are recognized at an annual Circle of Loving Kindness Donor Recognition Event held at each Acts community.

An Invitation to Join Circle of Loving Kindness

Members of the Circle of Loving Kindness have expressed their commitment to Acts Legacy Foundation, Inc. through a very special and important form of financial support.

These donors have named Acts Legacy Foundation, Inc. as the beneficiary of a planned gift. Such gifts might include a bequest, appreciated securities, gifts of retirement accounts, gifts of life insurance and/or charitable income gifts, such as charitable gift annuities, .
